50 Not Out

Our 50 Not Out activity programme focuses on improving older people’s mental and physical well-being, with the aim of increasing the time people remain healthy.

We inspire older people to get active and stay active, offering a regular physical activity session to integrate participants and provide not only a gentle physical exercise session promoting good health and well-being but also to relieve social isolation and prevent loneliness.

The project runs monthly on the second Thursday of every month, 12.30-14.30.
