James Lunn

James Lunn progressed from the club’s Foundation as a Cricket Development Officer into the High-Performance department as a Female Pathway Performance Coach following the launch of Durham’s professional squad.

Lunn now coaches on the women’s and girls’ talent pathway, working with the girls’ junior squads from under 15s through to under 18s and assisting with the Academy, EPP, and professional women’s squads.

He previously worked at Yorkshire Cricket Board across the regional structure and is a graduate of Northumbria University, with a BA Hons in Sports Coaching and an MSc in International Sports Management.
