The Geoff Cook Suite is officially opened after a ceremony involving Sir Ian Botham at Emirates Riverside today (Wednesday 17 April).
The renaming of the Riverside Suite, also known as the Members Lounge, took place during the interval of the Club’s Royal London One-Day Cup match against Northants Steelbacks.
Packed to the rafters with members, Cook was honoured for over 25 years of service in the all levels of cricket in the North East.
