Durham Cricket and the ECB can now confirm the IT20 fixture due to take place at Emirates Riverside between England and Australia has been postponed.
All ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund or will be offered a chance to exchange for a future fixture. Details of the refund process will be released shortly.
The club apologises for the delay in the refund procedure. We are working with ECB and the insurance company to process the refunds as soon as we can.
Durham Cricket Chief Executive, Tim Bostock, said: “This news is disappointing but unavoidable with the current circumstances.
“We do hope to have some good news for cricket fans soon and hope to be able to welcome everyone back to Emirates Riverside for international cricket in the future.
“We would like to thank everyone for bearing with us and supporting the club during this difficult time.”
