Ticket Information for all cricket formats
If you’re here, it means you’re getting ready to visit the Banks Homes Riverside, and we can’t wait to welcome you. Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, we’re looking forward to seeing you at the ground for another brilliant season of cricket.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about memberships, season tickets and match tickets, including how to access your tickets and when to expect them. If you have questions, queries, or need support, please contact the box office on 0191 387 1717, or email box.office@durhamcricket.co.uk.
Memberships
New Members
When purchasing a new membership, you will receive a digital membership that you can save to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (for Android users). Instructions will be sent directly to members, but if you experience any difficulties accessing your card, please contact the Box Office, who will be happy to help.
Renewing Members
If you have renewed your membership, you can either replace your physical card with a digital one or retain and reactivate your existing card from last season. If you have lost your card, please notify the Box Office or visit Gate 2 ahead of the season starting, and a member of the team will assist you.
Digital memberships will be in your account no later than a week before the season begins.
Physical cards for renewing members will be posted at the end of March.
Vitality Blast T20 Season Tickets
New T20 Season Ticket Holders
If you are purchasing a T20 Season Ticket, you will receive a digital card in your account, ready to download to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (for Android users).
Renewing Season Ticket Holders
If you are renewing your T20 Season Ticket, you will receive a digital card as above.
Digital Season Tickets will be in your account no later than a week before the T20 season begins. Instructions will be sent directly to Season Ticket holders, but if you experience any difficulties accessing your card, please contact the Box Office, who will be happy to help.
Domestic Match Tickets
For individual domestic match tickets, you can select:
- Digital mobile tickets
- Print-at-home tickets
- Purchase from the Club Shop in advance
If you have selected a digital ticket (mobile or print), your tickets will be available in your account no later than a week before the match. You can either download them to your mobile device or print them at home before arriving at the ground.
If you buy tickets within 7 days of the match, your tickets will be available immediately in your account or via email, depending on your chosen ticket type.
International Match Tickets
For international fixtures, ticket delivery options include:
- Digital mobile tickets
- Print-at-home tickets
