Women’s Soft Ball Cricket
Soft Ball Cricket is a new, fun, fast, social game. The game is played with a soft ball and is open to any ability – whether you’re a beginner looking to try out something new or a more experienced player who, every once in a while, would like to get back to the basics.
We have ran a number of women’s soft ball festivals this summer, alongside our afternoon tea offer, which have been incredibly successful in encouraging women of all ages and abilities to give cricket a go. As the season comes to an end, we are also working on an autumn/ winter soft ball offer for women.
Women’s Hard Ball Cricket
If you are a more experienced and confident cricketer, we do run a hard ball league throughout the summer.
If you are interested in playing for one of our clubs, the following clubs are currently running teams:
- Brandon
- Durham City
- Gateshead Fell
- Leadgate
- Norton
- Willington
- Wolviston
