This is a game like no other, it’s Red Vs Red as both teams play out the game to see who will take one step closer to winning the locally named Emirates Cup. Lancashire are the current Emirates Cup title holder, can Durham take the cup back this year?
Both teams are sponsored by Emirates and play in Emirates Red, so we are asking all fans to wear an item of red to the game!
The match starts at 6.30pm, with gates opening at 4.30pm. There is lots going on around the ground, including a fun fair, face painting, and look out for School of Dogs carrying out an agility display pre game.
The School of Dogs will be showcasing the expert dog training provided, presented by a display from their very own advanced agility handlers. The routine encompasses a variety of obstacles such as; Dog-walks, hurdle jumps, and tunnels. In the first part of the display the handlers will complete the main circuit which incorporates sharp turns and exciting crossovers. The second section highlights each dog’s individual talent on their show-stopper obstacle. All the tricks and manoeuvres performed in our routine are taught in the School of Dogs agility classes.
