Spectator information: Durham v Gloucestershire RL50

We are excited to welcome you to Seat Unique Riverside for tomorrow’s RL50 fixture against Gloucestershire.

Tickets are still available for this fixture and can be purchased online via our website or at the gate 2 box office upon arrival to the ground.

We have set out a Spectator Code of Conduct which will be continually updated, and everyone should read this before they attend any games at Seat Unique Riverside.

GATES

Entry to the ground will be via Gate 2, ticket collections and ticket buyers should also arrive here on the day.

Gates will open at 10am.

Hospitality gates will open at 10am with access via gate 1.

HOURS OF PLAY

The scheduled hours of play are as follows, but please listen for announcements of any adjustments to these timings on the day.

11.00 Start of play

14.30 (approx) Interval between innings. (30 minutes)

18.30 Scheduled Close of Play

VENUE

Seat Unique Riverside is a cashless venue.

CAR PARKING  

Parking is available in the council car parks outside the ground. There will be no stewarding in this area.

Members with pre paid disabled parking passes will be able to park in the ground, access being by gate 6.

GROUND/PITCH ACCESS

Access onto the Playing Surface/Pitch is not allowed at anytime during the match

SECURITY ARRANGEMENTS

Please allow sufficient time for our staff to carry out our security procedures (including bag searches and “pat – down”checks).

You can also assist with the security operation by reporting any concerns-no matter how small-to the club’s stewards. Help stay secure by staying alert; if something doesn’t look right, tell a steward.

SHOP/RECEPTION/BOX OFFICE

Durham’s new welcome hub will be open throughout this fixture.

Fans will have the chance to browse all of Durham’s retail offering in our new club shop.

LEAVING THE GROUND

The pass out facility will be available to spectators throughout the day for those wishing to leave and re-enter the ground during a match.

We ask that all members and other spectators leave the ground promptly at the conclusion of the match. Please follow the instructions from our stewards when doing so. As we may seek to reduce congestion on exit by staggering departure times from particular areas.

 

FOOD AND DRINK

The members lounge will be open for food and drink. You are permitted to bring your own food and refreshments into the venue. Outdoor catering will be available around the ground, with the Sticky Wicket also open.

For Royal London Cup matches, spectators are permitted to bring either four cans of lager, beer or cider, or one bottle of wine (up to 75cl) into the ground. Under no circumstances must glass bottles or containers be brought into the ground.

This fixture will be live streamed and available to watch on the Durham Cricket match centre, or by visiting our channel on Youtube.
