Durham Second XI fall to nine-wicket defeat in Cheltenham despite second innings runs for George Drissell and Daniel Hogg.
The hosts added a further 20 for the final wicket before Durham wrapped up the innings on day three, Gloucestershire attaining a 156-run lead with their total of 472.
Faizan Ghumman and Scott Borthwick were dismissed early on but George Drissell and David Christie stemmed the tide with a 141-run stand for the third wicket.
Drissell made 45 from 89 with six fours but became the first of four batters to depart for 19 runs.
Christie led the way with 100 from 141 balls including 13 fours and one maximum.
Alan Walker’s side gained a lead of 11 but were six down when the rain arrived in Cheltenham.
Once the weather had relented, Durham lost two wickets in a short passage of play before rainfall forced the players off again.
Daniel Hogg struck an unbeaten 37 from 19 with two fours and three sixes but Alfie Johnson claimed Zac Mawdsley as his fifth wicket of the innings to set the Gloucestershire target at 57.
Minto claimed an early wicket but the hosts completed their chase in 8.2 o0vers with nine wickets to spare.

Wickets were hard to come by for Durham before tea on day two as James Minto picked up two of just three Gloucestershire wickets.
Joseph Eckland (147) and Max Dunne (143) put the hosts in a dominant position sharing 123 runs for the third wicket as they reached 280 in Cheltenham, trailing the Ds by 36.
Ahmed Syed added 41 to put the hosts in front before a cluster of wickets fell, reducing Gloucestershire to 387 for seven, having been 373 for three.
George Drissell picked up three quick wickets, taking figures of 4/96 in 36 overs while Daniel Hogg and Will Alexander claimed one apiece.
Minto closed day two with three poles, with the hosts in front by 136 runs with one wicket remaining.

After electing to bat first at Hatherley & Reddings Cricket Club, Durham made their way to 126/3 at lunch from 27 overs.
Drissell then departed shortly afterwards, scoring 37 from 45 balls with seven boundaries.
Mustard shared 36 with Drissell and added 41 himself – coming off 100 deliveries including five fours, but when he departed Alan Walker’s side were 186/6.
One further wicket fell in the afternoon session before a 90-run rearguard between Hogg and Will Alexander saw Durham close in on the 300 mark.
Alexander scored 44 from 76 striking six boundaries as he and Hogg batted for 18 overs together.
Hogg took the Ds past 300 before being left stranded, reaching a 69-ball half-century having hit four fours and two maximums.
Durham were dismissed for 316 with the wickets being shared around the Gloucestershire bowlers.
The hosts made a fast start in response, adding an unbeaten 53 inside the opening 10 overs to trim their deficit down to 263.
