Collingwood, 39, made his first class debut for the county in 1996 against Northamptonshire and was capped by England in 2001.
All-rounder Collingwood has scored more than 10,000 first class runs for the county and played 68 tests and 197 ODIs for his country.
Off break bowler and right-handed batsmen Pringle, 23, made his List A debut for Durham in 2012 and has earnt a new contract on the back of several impressive performances in the 2015 season.
The county has handed new contracts for 2016 to youngsters Barry McCarthy, James Weighell and Gurman Randhawa. Weighell and McCarthy both made their first team debuts for Durham in 2015.
