Durham Cricket can announce the loan signing of Somerset all-rounder Kasey Aldridge.
The fast bowling all-rounder joins on loan for the opening eight games in the Vitality Blast group stage- beginning with the trip to Edgbaston to face Birmingham Bears on Saturday 31 May.
Aldridge arrives as bowling cover due to a lengthy injury list in the bowling department and is a capable lower-order batter.
The 24-year-old was part of the Somerset side that lifted the T20 Blast title in 2023 and featured prominently for the Wyverns with 13 wickets in their run to the One Day Cup Final last year.
