James Minto, Robbie Bowman and Charlie Harmison named in England Under 19s Test squad for South Africa series

Robbie Bowman and Charlie Harmison earn their maiden England Under 19s Test call up, alongside James Minto for the Young Lions’ Test series against South Africa. 

Ralphie Albert will captain England Men U19s in this month’s Youth Test series against South Africa Men U19s.

Uncapped duo Jacob Blades and Bradley Sylvester are included in a 15-player squad that otherwise includes players who have been involved in the recently-completed Youth ODI series.

Surrey all-rounder Albert captained the Young Lions in that series, which they won 2-1 following a 76-run victory in Beckenham yesterday.

The Youth Test series begins at the County Ground in Beckenham on Friday. The second Youth Test will be played at Hove from Friday 17 July.
