George Drissell top scored with 47 as Durham Second XI beat Yorkshire by six wickets in a T20 at Hartlepool.
Will Rhodes opted to field first, with Durham claiming three early wickets reducing the visitors to 36/3 in the fifth over.
Alan Walker’s side continued to pick up regular wickets during the Yorkshire innings, Joe Thompson leading the way with 41 from 26 balls for the White Rose as they posted 134/9.
Duanne Olivier claimed standout figures of 3/18 in his three overs while there were two wickets apiece for Luke Robinson and Daniel Hogg, with Drissell and Shafiqullah Ghafari claiming one each.
Drissell then powered the hosts to victory with his 47 from 38 striking five fours and one six.
Ben McKinney got Durham off to a flyer with a quickfire 20 in a partnership of 32 alongside Drissell.
Haydon Mustard (21*) and Ghafari (24*) went on to get Durham across the line in a partnership of 35, prevailing by six wickets.
