Future Sport

Future Sport is a grass roots sports’ charity for the North East – check out its web site here  

All fundraising efforts are channelled to individual young sportspeople (10 to 20 years of age) in the Region. Since 2011, 60 youngsters have benefited from our programme and many are making an impact nationally. Overheads have been kept low by use of the web site for application forms and in seeking additional funds.

Durham CCC have provided steady support since the launch of Future Sport.

Future Sport has a vision is to improve the prospects of young sportspeople in the North East by directing resources to meeting their needs. They also aim to contribute towards wider initiatives that see a more active and healthy population.
