FAQS FOR ATTENDING – ENGLAND V SRI LANKA – EMIRATES RIVERSIDE – TUESDAY 29 JUNE 2021

There are no tickets available on the gate the game is a sell out

 

COVID-19 status

Because the match is a part of the science-led Event Research Programme all ticket holders will need to demonstrate their COVID-19 status when entering this event.

You can do this quickly and simply by using the NHS COVID Pass. It is important that you start planning how you will confirm your Covid status now by reading the below information.

Data and consent

As this is a scientific study and within the venue current Covid legislation will be disapplied, a condition of entry for all attendees is to provide their personal details and consent to taking part in the Events Research Programme.

Start time

  • The game starts at 11am
  • Gates and collections
  • Gates open at 9am
  • Spectators can enter via gates 2,3,4 and 5
  • Hospitality and Seat Unique customers enter via gate 1
  • Media and ECB enter via gate 6
  • Collections are from gate 2 for spectators and gate 1 for hospitality and Seat Unique customers

 

Parking and Shuttle bus

Parking is available at the ground at £10 per vehicle

If you have pre-purchased parking please display your pass on your rear view mirror to speed up entry

A shuttle bus service is running too and from Durham train station at £3 per journey per person

 

Bags

If you have a bag, it will be subject to a bag check which will slow your entry

Food and non-alcoholic drinks only can be brought into the ground.

No glass packaging or cans please. We do operate a search policy and if these items are found, unfortunately we will have to confiscate them.

 

Movement and masks

Whilst this game is part of the Events Research Programme because of the rising cases of COVID-19 in the region we ask that people wear masks when not in their seat.

Sanitisation stations are also available across the venue. We encourage everyone to wash their hands and sanitise.

 

Seat allocation and space

Everyone has been allocated a seat however we are at 50% capacity so you can move to any seat in the ground that is not occupied. Please note that the person with the allocated seat has priority to sit in their seat. If you sit in a seat which is allocated seat to someone else you must move for them to sit in their seat if asked to do so.

 

Food and drink

A range of food and drink will be available at points across the ground. Dietary requirements are catered for so please ask the vendors if you need assistance.

 

Directions in the venue

Stewards can help direct you around the venue and there is directional signage and maps available. Please familiarise yourself with the event map here.

 

Pass out

You are able to walk in and out of the ground via gates 3. A steward will give you a pass out, please keep this and your match ticket as you will need both of these to regain access.

 

Lost property

Please report to the main reception for any lost property

 

Seat problem

Please contact the nearest steward who will be happy to help you

 

Programmes, scorecards and radios

Radios, scorecards and programmes are not available for this game due to Covid restrictions

 

Smoking

The Club’s No Smoking Policy is as follows – smoking is not allowed in any seats within the stadium. Anyone wishing to smoke will need to go to an uncovered concourse or other open area to the rear of the viewing stands. Smoking is not permitted in any building or in a covered concourse area

 

Member’s area

Unfortunately, due to restrictions and capacity issues there is no members area for this fixture
