Durham Cricket have now completed the majority of refunds for those that were unfortunately unable to attend the England v Sri Lanka ODI fixture at Emirates Riverside.
There are a number of payments we have been unable to refund due to various circumstances (such as the credit cards used to purchase tickets expiring). We are currently contacting each of these purchaser individually to arrange alternative methods of refund.
Refunds can take 5-7 days to land in your bank account so please be aware of this, if you have not yet received your refund.
