England record five-wicket victory against Australia; don’t miss them June 21 at Emirates Riverside

Jason Roy hit the biggest one-day score in England history to help his side to a record-breaking five-wicket victory in the first ODI against Australia.

Roy surpassed Alex Hales’ previous top score of 171 before the opener was caught late on as England eased to the highest successful run chase at the MCG

Joe Root made 91 not out in a stand of 221 with Roy as England surpassed Austialia’s total of 304 in the penultimate over ending on 308-5.
