Edgbaston awaits for penultimate away game

Durham head coach Jon Lewis has kept faith with the same squad to deliver a positive result against Warwickshire at Edgbaston starting tomorrow (10:30am start).

The first of four fixtures in four weeks signifies the start of the run-in for this year’s Specsavers County Championship, with Lewis’ side aiming for a much improved performance after last week’s disappointing home defeat to Northamptonshire.

And Durham could yet have a huge say in the race for Division One, even if last week’s defeat ended any hopes of a dash for the top two.

The remaining fixtures come against four of the current top five, starting with the leaders tomorrow.

Squad vs Warwickshire (4-7 September)

Paul Collingwood (c), Cameron Steel, Alex Lees, Will Smith, Graham Clark, Gareth Harte, Michael Richardson, Stuart Poynter (wk), Axar Patel, Nathan Rimmington, Barry McCarthy, Matt Salisbury, Chris Rushworth

Match Coverage

A live stream will be available through Warwickshire’s website.

Live match highlights are available through the ‘Match Highlights’ section of the website, with updates via the Club’s Twitter account.

Live commentary is broadcasted via BBC Sport online with BBC Newcastle’s Martin Emmerson.
