Durham Go To Notts On Tuesday In RL Cup

Durham will travel to Nottinghamshire in the Royal London One-Day Cup quarter-final on Tuesday, August 25th, with a 2pm start time at Trent Bridge.

The winners of the last eight tie, which will be televised live on Sky Sports, will be just one match away from the prestigious Lord’s final.

Mark Stoneman’s side beat Notts in last season’s RL Cup semi-final at the Emirates Durham ICG by 83 runs and also came out victors in the group stages, by six wickets.

Durham have played Notts three times this season. In their first meeting Paul Collingwood’s side beat the east midlanders in the LV County Championship in May by six wickets.

Durham lost by 15 runs in the NatWest T20 Blast in May at Trent Bridge and in the return fixture in July at the Emirates Durham ICG, Nottinghamshire record a 42-run victory.

Durham finished fourth in Group A while Nottinghamshire topped Group B, losing just one of their group matches.
