Durham Dynamos face Worcestershire Royals under floodlights at Riverside tomorrow (Thurs 6 August)as the Dynamos look to secure their second victory in the NatWest Pro40 competition.

Head Coach Geoff Cook has named a twelve man squad for this match which includes six products of the Durham Academy.  Phil Mustard, Liam Plunkett, Kyle Coetzer, Ben Harmison, Scott Borthwick and Mark Stoneman are included and will be looking to make the most of any opportunities ahead of the arrival of overseas player Shivnarine Chanderpaul after Durham’s Championship fixture against Lancashire next week.

Neil Killeen (achilles) is unavailable for selection due to injury.

Durham CCC Head Coach, Geoff Cook, said: “We have used the games so far in this competition as an opportunity to give some of the talented youngsters in the Durham set up a regular first team place which we feel can help them develop their skills further as well as aid in our planning for one day cricket for next season and beyond.  As a Club it is important that we maintain momentum moving forward and both the captain and myself have been pleased with the dedication and enthusiasm shown by the lads.” 

Tickets are stillavailable for this match and can be purchased on the gate from 2.30pm on Thursday priced at £15 for adults and £6 for juniors.
