Durham announce contract extension with Gray-Nicolls

With the Specsavers County Championship now underway, Durham County Cricket Club are delighted to announce an extension to their contract with Gray-Nicolls who will continue to supply kit and apparel to the club for the next four seasons.

Gray-Nicolls have been involved in cricket since 1865, manufacturing bats and equipment from their base in Robertsbridge, Sussex. The brand has a long association with Durham, supplying high profile players from David Boon to Phil Mustard.

The extension to the contract comes after two successful seasons providing kit and apparel to the club.

Durham County Cricket Club CEO David Harker said: “Durham CCC are delighted to announce a long term extension to our contract with Gray-Nicolls as official kit supplier. Gray-Nicolls is one of the stellar names in cricket and we have been delighted with the quality of their product in the past few seasons. We look forward to working with them for the next four years.”

Richard Gray of Gray-Nicolls said, “We are delighted and proud that Durham have decided to continue our successful association. The relationship has rapidly developed  from supporting the continued success of the senior team at the highest level to offering the same benefits enjoyed by the players to clubs throughout the region; ensuring a genuinely, mutually beneficial partnership between Durham Cricket and Gray-Nicolls”.

As well as continuing to supply official merchandise online and through the official Durham County Cricket Club store, Gray-Nicolls are offering clubs in the North East the chance to be kitted out in Gray Nicolls teamwear whilst earning rewards for their club.
