With 2026 fast approaching many of the Durham squad will spend the coming months abroad preparing for the up and coming season.

With club cricket in Australia pausing for the festive period after this weekend, Daniel Hogg, Luke Robinson and Haydon Mustard will return to action from 10 January 2026 while Sam Conners has travelled to Sydney to play grade cricket for Western Suburbs District.
Abi Glen’s South Perth side have qualified for the A Grade T20 final, facing Subiaco-Floreat on December 20 at the WACA, while Mia Rogers will also be in T20 action for Geelong before the Christmas break, before returning to action in the new year.
Hollie Armitage will be back in women’s domestic action in Australia in 2026, returning to South Australia in the Women’s National Cricket League. Armitage is set for her third stint in Adelaide having had a successful campaign last time out with scores of 50 plus on more than three occasions.
Phoebe Turner, Grace Thompson and Trudy Johnson are all in England’s Pathway squads with training camps set to take place overseas in the new year.
