Neil Killeen’s side travel to Warwickshire to start two respective campaigns starting today, Monday 16 May.
After their double T20 abandonment at Leicestershire last week, the Second XI hope to get their campaign up and running at Edgasbton today.
The side then travel to Portland Road and kick off their Championship campaign with a three-day fixture against the same side.
With James Weighell and Barry McCarthy included in the First XI against Lancashire, academy prospect Matthew Potts is included in the 12-man squad.
