Is car parking available? Car parking passes can be purchased in advance from the Durham Box Office priced at £15, please follow the link https://www.durhamcricket.co.uk/tickets /parking/ Alternatively, car parking passes can be purchased for £20 on the evening from stewards manning the car parks.

Are there tickets available to purchase on the day/night?

Yes, you will be able to purchase tickets on the day of the concert from 4pm at Gate 2, although we always advise to book in advance online.

I have tickets to collect, when can I do this?

The ticket collection point will be at Gate 2 and will be open an hour before gates opening time. All other ticketing enquiries will also be dealt with from Gate 2. The Gate 2 Box Office is manned by the ticketing agents for the promoters rather than Durham staff.

What time do gates open?

5pm for general admission and hospitality guests (subject to sound checks being completed).

Which gate do I use? •

All General Admissions will be via Gate 2, 3 & 5 • All hospitality admissions will be via Gate 1 (& then Tower 2) • Box Office for on the day sales and enquiries Gate 2

What can I bring into the concert?

There will be a 100% bag search at the gates. No food or drink will be allowed to be brought into the venue (see full list of prohibited items below)

Are there other conditions of entry?

Terms of condition and entry will include: • Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times • No alcohol, illegal substances or prohibited items (see list below) • No professional cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices • Umbrellas permitted but must be put down for the show • No dogs except guide dogs • No folding chairs, blankets, gazebos, or tents

Airhorns or other loud instruments • Alcohol • Animals/pets (service animals permitted) • Any item which could be used as a weapon and/or compromise public safety • Audio recording devices • Bottles • Canes (mobility canes are permitted) • Cans • Dangerous or hazardous items • Drones • Drugs and drug paraphernalia • Fireworks, including sparklers • Flares • Flammables • Food • Glass vessels • Knives • Laser devices • Poles • Professional cameras or video recording equipment • Promotional items (including flyers, samples, giveaways) • Sharp objects such as knives or scissors • Selfie sticks/tripods • Smoke bombs, canisters or similar • Torches • Weapons of any kind (including replicas) • All items will be confiscated and may be passed to the Police to deal with further • Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to the Stadium

Is the concert seated? The concert is a fully seated concert, with all seats on the pitch. All seating is allocated with seat block no, row no. and seat no. shown on the ticket.

What time are the Who performing? With any concert all timings are subject to change, however this is likely to be around 8.30pm and set is likely to last around 75- 90 minutes

What time will the concert finish?

The concert will end at approximately 22.00pm (subject to change)

Are there catering units on site?

Yes, there are several catering units on site offering a range of food options. These will be positioned in the car park between Gate 2 and Gate 3, and behind the County Durham Stand.

Which bars are open?

On site we will be operating the Big Screen bar and the Nets marquee bar and the Sticky Wicket will be open. Additionally, there will be other drink outlets.
