It’s been a tough season on the field for Durham but Graham Clark comes out of 2017 knowing he now plays a key role in all formats of the game after a strong six months.
The 24-year-old finished the season with four half-centuries in the final three matches, earning him Eden Mill Player of the Month for September.
It ended what has been a positive season for the right-hander, who has established himself as a permanent part of the First XI squad.
He notched his maiden List ‘A’ century at Worcestershire in May & followed it up with a first-class hundred against Glamorgan at Emirates Riverside a month later.
A haul of 769 Specsavers County Championship runs made him Durham’s third-highest run-scorer at an average of 36.61.
His three figure Royal London One-Day Cup score at New Road also kick-started a personal run-fest on Worcestershire’s home turf, where he then added a T20 fifty & back-to-back first-class fifties.
