Carse to feature for Sunrisers Eastern Cape in South African T20 this winter

Durham and England seamer Brydon Carse will play for the Sunrisers Eastern Cape in the first edition of the South African T20 league this winter.

Carse, was picked up in last week’s draft and will be part of season one of the South African T20 league which gets underway in January.

He will represent Sunrisers Eastern Cape with Mason Crane, Jordan Cox, Adam Rossington, James Fuller and Tom Abell also being selected from English county sides.

Speaking on joining Sunrisers Eastern Cape, Carse added: “I am very excited to be a part of the SA T20 league and being able to represent a region where I grew up a kid is very exciting.”
