The announcement of the sponsorship comes at a particularly exciting time for Durham CCC with the cricket season’s opening match between the Champions and the MCC starting on 29 March, held this year for the first time in Abu Dhabi where pink balls will be trialled under floodlights.
Durham CCC goes into 2010 aiming for a third successive LV= County Championship title, a feat that has not been achieved since the 1960’s.
