We would like to advise fans attending the Boyzone concert at Emirates Durham ICG this Saturday 7th June to arrive early for this concert.
What time do the doors open?
5pm
What time is the first act appearing?
Special Guest, Kian Egan, will appear at approximately 7.30pm.
What time will the concert finish?
Boyzone are due on stage around 8.30pm, with the concert finishing at approximately 10.00pm.
Can we bring food & drink into the ground?
Food and non-alcoholic drinks only can be brought into the ground.
No glass packaging or cans please.
We do operate a search policy and if these items are found unfortunately we will have to confiscate them.
Are tickets available to purchase on the day/night?
Yes there will be tickets available on the day of the concert. The box office in the ground will be open from 9am to 2pm to purchase tickets. From 2pm ticket sales will transfer to Gate 2.
I have tickets to collect, when can I do this?
Please collect tickets from the Box Office between the hours 9am –2pm.
After 2pm please collect from Gate 2.
If you have a voucher to swap for tickets the same arrangements will be in force.
Is car parking available?
Yes there is parking at the ground which is available on a first come, first served basis. If you wish to reserve parking, car parking passes can be purchased from the Box Office priced at £5, please call 0844 499 4466. Email confirmation will be sent over to you and this must be displayed in your vehicle.
Alternatively car parking passes can be purchased at £5 on the evening from the stewards manning the car parks.
There will also be parking available in the town centre on the night (this is a 10/15 minute walk from the ground). Please find a link to a map showing the town centre areas: TOWN CENTRE MAP
The car parks and the area around the ground will be very busy in the run up to the event and after the concert has finished. Please arrive in good time particularly if you have tickets to collect. Also be patient as you leave the event as the car parks will take some time to clear.
