Durham’s Scott Borthwick was at the start line at Durham this morning to see Beefy start the North East leg of his walk as he set off bound for Beamish Museum. The public joined Beefy at Beamish Museum and walked the seven miles from there to Riverside.
Beefy reached the finish line just after 1.30pm and was welcomed onto the Durham pitch by supporters and organisers.
