The Durham Cricket Box Office and Club Shop will close for Christmas at 4pm on Friday 19 December reopening at 9am on Monday 5 January 2026.
Memberships and T20 season tickets can be purchased in person or over the phone on 0191 387 1717 until Friday 19 December, taking advantage of our early bird prices.
Online sales will remain available for all tickets including Membership, T20 Blast and International tickets throughout the festive period – with confirmation sent via email.
The club shop at Banks Homes Riverside will also close on Friday 19 December at 4pm and will reopen on Monday 5 January – you can shop instore or pick up any items ordered for collection until 4pm on 19 December.
No online orders for delivery will be processed after Tuesday 16 December and any orders after this time will be posted on Monday 5 January.
