50 Not Out Programme is Growing!

Durham County Cricket Foundation’s 50 Not Out programme has plenty still to offer before the playing season begins.  In partnership with Age UK County Durham we are hosting a Growing Food to Eat session on Thursday 26th March at 1pm – 2:30pm in the Education Room within the Media Centre at the Emirates Durham ICG.

There is a great deal of pleasure to be had in eating home grown produce.  The session provides inspiring suggestions on growing things to eat from pots and washing-up bowls on window sills to outdoor garden plots. There will be many free plants to take away and lots of ideas and encouragement to give growing food a go with skilled volunteers on hand to give individual advice.

The session is free of charge. Please contact Sally on 0191 387 2899 or email sally.landon@durhamccc.co.uk to book a place at this session or to find out more about our 50 Not Out programme of activities.
