Golf Day for Cricket Clubs

Durham Cricket Foundation is delighted to invite recreational cricket clubs to join us for our first-ever Cricket Clubs Golf Day. This is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a day on the greens, network with fellow club members from across the region and support the Foundation’s work in growing and developing recreational cricket.

Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or a complete beginner, this relaxed and friendly event promises a great day out at the end of the 2026 season.

We’ll be hosting a shotgun start at 10am at Beamish Park’s beautiful 18-hole parkland course, with arrival from 9am for coffee and a bacon roll. After your round, join us for soup and sandwiches – the perfect opportunity to relax and share stories from the course with fellow cricket enthusiasts, before we wrap up with the prize presentation at the end of the day.

By participating in this event, you’re directly supporting Durham Cricket Foundation’s mission to develop cricket opportunities across the region. The Foundation works tirelessly to reach new audiences and create pathways to clubs for them, provide coaching, volunteering and development support, while running leagues, competitions and new initiatives  that help cricket clubs and players of all ages and abilities thrive.
