Durham’s neighbours Northumberland will be looking for their first National Counties T20 Trophy when they take on Dorset on Sunday August 24 at Wormsley in T20 Finals Day.
Northumberland booked their trip to Wormsley by beating hosts Cambridgeshire and Cumbria in last Sunday’s Super-12s event at Sawston and will face Dorset in the second semi-final at 1.15pm.
Durham have strong connections with Northumberland, Durham regularly supporting the National County side with Haydon Mustard and Robbie Bowman featuring for Northumberland this summer.
Past winners Oxfordshire will face Norfolk in the first semi-final at National Counties T20 Finals Day starting at 10am.
Oxfordshire won the competition in 2022 and again reached Finals Day last year only for rain to wash out three attempts to play the event at Chester Boughton Hall.
Norfolk will be making a second appearance at Wormsley in 12 months having beaten Cheshire there in last season’s National Counties Trophy final.
Dorset will be attempting to complete a white ball double after they won the National Counties Trophy last month by beating Shropshire in the final at Chester Boughton Hall.
The winners of the semi-finals will meet in the final at Wormsley at 4.30pm.
Pre-booked tickets cost £12 and can be purchased here: T20 Finals Day 2025 | National Counties Cricket Association
Tickets will cost £14 on the day. Children go free.
