James Minto named in England Under 19s Men’s Test squad for India series

James Minto has been named in the England Men’s Under 19s squad for their Test series against India which gets underway on Saturday 12 July. 

A 15-player squad has been selected for the first  Youth Test at the County Ground in Beckenham, which begins on Saturday 12 July.

Warwickshire batter Hamza Shaikh has been named as England Men U19s captain for opening Youth Test match against India Men U19s.

Shaikh returns as skipper after he led the U19s for the first time against Sri Lanka last summer. The 19-year-old was not part of the U19s tour to South Africa in the winter after he was called into the Lions squad.
