Durham Cricket is excited to announce a special partnership with CoppaFeel, a charity dedicated to promoting early detection of breast cancer, for our upcoming match against Hampshire on 11 July.
To make this event truly impactful, we’re calling on our community to join us in creating a vibrant ‘Bra Bunting’ installation to be displayed in the Geoff Cook suite.
A Creative Call to Action
We invite you, your friends, and your family to donate clean, used bras and bikini tops of all sizes and styles. This colourful “faboobulous” display will celebrate diversity, spark conversations, and raise awareness about the importance of breast health and CoppaFeel’s vital mission.
How to Get Involved
Here’s everything you need to know to participate:
- What to Donate: Clean bras and bikini tops, new or used, in any size or style.
- How to Prepare: Please wash all items before donating. For discretion, feel free to place them in a plastic bag.
- Drop-Off Point: A box will be available at the club shop starting Thursday 5 June until Friday 4 July.
- Get Creative: Join us in the Durham Cricket Foundation art room Monday 7 July to Thursday 10 July, to help stitch this unique bunting together. No sewing experience is required, just bring your enthusiasm and support for a great cause! ✂️
