Sean Dickson

Durham Cricket signed from Kent in July 2020, initially on loan for the season before joining permanently from 2021 in a two-year deal.

Dickson joins Durham, having made 120 appearances for Kent since joining the club in 2015, scoring 10 first class centuries throughout his career.

The right-handed batsman recorded Kent’s highest post-War first-class total in 2017, amassing 318 runs against Northamptonshire in the County Championship at The County Ground, Beckenham.

He was also part of the side that reached the 2018 Royal London One-Day Cup Final at Lord’s, and also Kent’s promotion-winning side back to Division One of the Championship that same year.

The 28-year-old is seen as one of the best fielders on the county circuit and took 39 catches for Kent in the 2018 season, being named the clubs fielder of the year the previous summer.
