With our Roll Back Policy, if we have reduced capacities at our fixtures this summer, we will prioritise access to Members, season ticket holders and then ticket holders who purchased first.

I am a Member, do I need to claim tickets?

No not at this stage. However we are still awaiting guidance on match attendance and should we need to operate at a reduced capacity with allocated seating for social distancing purposes we will be asking members to register to attend ahead of the fixtures. Members will be given first priority for all games in 2021.

What plans do you have in place if capacities have to be reduced?

If capacities are reduced for games we will prioritise Members followed by season ticket holders and then ticket holders on a first come first serve basis.

Members would be asked to register to attend so that we can allocate seating for the game. Once members and season ticket holder numbers are calculated match ticket holders will be then allocated their seats.

Should we reach capacity for games or fixtures are moved for any reason we guarantee all ticket purchasers who are unable to attend a full refund so everyone can buy with confidence.

We are providing a “Buy with confidence” guarantee. This means that should crowds be reduced further, not allowed to attend or fixtures moved – ticket purchasers are guaranteed a full refund if they are unable to attend.

This means everyone can buy now with peace of mind and look forward to a summer of cricket in confidence.
