REFUND SCHEME – TEST MATCHES

[ Please note: This refund policy does not apply to day 5 of Test Matches so ideally this wording should not be on day 5 tickets.  If this is unavoidable due to ticket stock production requirements please note the penultimate sentence of the refund policy paragraph (in bold) and adjust the last sentence of the refund policy paragraph to reflect your circumstances.  If your venue is selling tickets for Day 5 in advance, please can you share details of your Day 5 refund policy with Kate Hailstone at ECB. Please would all venues confirm their plans for 2023 day 5 ticket sales approach / ticket wording / venue refund policy with Kate Hailstone at ECB.

This refund policy does not apply to discounted walk up tickets on day 3 or 4 if the main reason for the discount is the prospect of an early finish (less than 30 overs).  These discounted walk up tickets for day 3 or 4 must be marked as “no early finish refund”. The tickets should still show the value paid as they will be eligible for a refund in the event of bad weather.  It is also fine if you choose to mark these tickets no refund at all; you may well choose to do this for ease when the reason for the discount is likely early finish. Any query on the day (or in advance) please contact Kate Hailstone at ECB. ]
