Friday’s t20 v Lancashire now sold out

Overseas players Albie Morkel and Ross Taylor will make their first Friends Provident t20 appearances in front of a sell out crowd.  With this in mind Durham CCC is advising spectators to leave plenty of time for their journey and to get to the ground early to avoid match day congestion.

Durham CCC Director of Marketing, Mark Foster, said, “The Box Office at the stadium has been non-stop all week and with the excellent weather forecast it’s going to be a fantastic game at County Ground in front of a capacity crowd.  We’re providing a free park and ride service as the surrounding area will be busy so those coming along should contact the Box Office for more details.  There are tickets still available for Sunday’s game, with the huge interest in Twenty20 cricket at the minute we’re advising spectators to book tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.”

Durham CCC is offering a free park and ride facility available at Lambton estate (Friday 4th and Sunday 6th June) with more details available on the Durham CCC website, http://www.durhamccc.co.uk/news/friends-provident-t20-park-and-ride/

There are tickets remaining for the Dynamos fixture against Worcestershire Royals on Help For Heroes Sunday (6 June, 2.30pm start). Following the main fixture an Army team will compete against Harmy’s All Stars.

Tickets for Sunday’s match are still available priced at £12 for adults and £5 for juniors (when purchased in advance) and your ticket will cover you for both Twenty20 matches. With paintballing, army climbing walls and the match ball parachuted in to the ground, it promises to be a an entertaining Sunday at County Ground!
