All-rounder Gareth Harte signed his first professional contract with Durham in 2017 and went onto score 114 in just his second first team game for the club.
A promising cricketer Harte has progressed through the youth set up in South Africa before moving to England in 2012 which kick started his career as a professional cricketer.
Having had a rocky season in 2019, with Harte in and out of the first team, he looked at what possible options would be available for him after cricket – with digital marketing the avenue he explored.
